Deployment plan fails with 12.2.1

Hi,

With Jdeveloper 12.2.1 the deployment plan to update the value of a context-param in the web.xml doesn't work anymore and deployment fails with a 'null' message.

[03:04:29 PM] Deployment cancelled.

[03:04:29 PM] ---- Deployment incomplete ----.

The same plan works with 12.1.3

Any suggestions?
