Deployment exception on WLS 10.3.6 - Latest PSU patch applied is 10.3.6.0.180717

Hi,

While adding a custom deployment on our sever, we see above exception.

Weblogic version installed is 10.3.6.

On some research we found applying the PSU on WLS 10.3.6 can help fixing the issue. Suggested 10.3.6.0.11 Patch Set Update (PSU) for WebLogic Server 10.3.6.0 Patch 20181997.

We applied latest PSU - WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 10.3.6.0.180717, 27919965, but issue remains the same.

Please share some suggestions on how to resolve this.
