Deploying web app. Please help!

Hi all,

I have a web app which I want to deploy it on myjavaserver.com(yes i got an account in there). My app is built using JSP/JSTL with ms-access db as backend using Studio and Tomcat 5.0.

How should I go about doing this.(In detail if possible). If anybody did it using myjavaserver.com please let me.
