Deploy Agent EM 13 Execution of command on host Failed

Hi friends!

Who can help?

At deploying agent on host on Deployment Phase Secure Agent get the error: Execution of command /oracle/agent13c/agent_inst/bin/emctl start agent on host Failed.

In this doc 2177365.1 refer about /etc/hosts but we have a correct record about host.

What else could it be?
