Dependent Rest DATA Source LOV - Interactive Grid

I am new to Oracle APEX, I am trying to get Oracle fusion Supplier site based on supplier and Business Unit in an Interactive grid

I already have LOV for BU and Supplier(REST DATA SOURCE) but i am not sure, how to pass these values to supplier site REST API in Interactive grid. Please assist me for this.
