department field not visible in OIM identity console

Hi,

when we try to create a user in OIM Identity console, we are not able to see the department field to enter a value.

But, we are able to see it when we search for the users. Is the department field OOTB ?

How to make the department field visible so that we can enter some values in the department attribute ?
