Dense Restructure Kicked Off via Planning Vs Essbase

Is there any harm or anything to watch out for when restructuring a Planning database via EAS or MaxL rather than via Planning->ManageDatabase->RefreshDatabase. I don't think there is, but just wanted to get a second opinion from the experts here. Thanks!
