Deleting Records after a 10 years.

I am tyring to delete records from a table based on the date. So, any record that are 10years from today (SYSDATE) i would like Oracle to automatically delete that record.

How can i achieve this in Oracle?

I am new to oracle so, if i could have steps to follow it would really make it easy to understand.....any help would be appreciated.
