I know from the products
docs of OBIEE 11.1.1.5 you can remove all files in the
[ORACLE_HOME]\instances\instance1\tmp\OracleBIPresentationServicesComponent\coreapplication_obips1\obis_temp directory so no query cache results can be re-used, but what about all the other files in the directory above that one? There are querycache_0, _1, _2 folders and some other files in there- can these too be deleted (as long as the Presentation Services are shut down?)
What I'm really trying to do is make sure there is absolutely NO CACHING DONE anywhere. I've disabled the BI Server cache in EM, set my physical DB connection to "direct" mode, disabled caching on the physical tables, and yet am still getting cached data.
Can someone help me with this? I first need to know if I can delete those files and then what else can be done to get only "live" data.
