Deleting Multiple locations and Data Load Rules at the same time

I need to delete 75 locations and their respective data load rules, our system is quite slow, is there a way I can delete them in the Data base? I have checked the AIF_BALANCE_RULES and I can isolate them ( I have hundres of them...) but I don't know if I need to delete related data in other FDMEE tables. One by one will take hours.
