Deleting HFM app

Hi All ...

I am not able to delete the HFM applications .. I see these apps in Consolidation Administrator , but when I try to delete them its says I am not provisioned to delete it .. so when i check these apps in Shared Services , I don't see these apps there .. neither I see them on EPMA app lib..but I see these apps in hf logs when hfm starts .. so I need to delete them .. these are defunct apps and needs to be deleted.

Does any one have any idea.
