Deleting files in background_dump_dest parameter

The *.trc files in "background_dump_dest" parameter (located in '%ORALE_HOME%admin\datahub\bdump\' grows up to hundred megs, and I think It makes my machine runs slower.

Is it save if i just delete the files within the 'ORALE_HOME%admin\datahub\bdump\' ?
