deleted oracle 10g registry key

Hi,

I was planning to uninstall oracle 10g ., but I deleted the registry keys before uninsatlling it .

Now when I am planning to install the oracle designer it is giving me error that the some files are being used by other application,

Is there some way that I can uninstall that oracle.

I could not find it in the oracle installer now

Please help me
