Delete scenario without deleting operator logs

Hi,

I'm using ODI 12.2.1 and I remember I was deleting a Scenario few months back and ODI Studio asked me whether I want to delete the Operator logs along with the scenario. I selected Yes that time but I want to revert that setting. I deleted the C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\odi\system<ODI version> directory but nothing happened.

I am not able to find that setting anywhere in ODI Studio and was wondering if anyone has any idea?
