Delete Reconciliation event

While target reconciliation, delete event recon is OOTB deleting the user resource object in OIM. Logically (comp as per my understanding) in this scenerio OIM is the trusted resource and object should not be deleted from OIM. Any comments!!. Also can we provide a modified this process in a way that it will not delete the user object in OIM side but either raise it to some admin or create the user again in target resource. Basically any admin/auth user is not supposed to delete the account directly in target resource and should be either flagged to admin or recreate the user.

In trusted scenerio, can we change the delete event process to disable the user instead of deleting the OIM profile.Please tell me if anyone acheved the same in any of their assignment and the steps....
