Delete private IG saved reports

Apex 18.1

Is there a way to delete private IG save reports. We have a user who created one before we turned off the ability to save reports and now because they get the report select list it is upsetting the page layout, which is very tight.

How can we delete this private report that the user has saved as it is no longer required.
