delete listener

Hello,

I tried to install a 19.3 database on Win 10. After installing there was no listener. Then I tried to install a new listener using NETCA (Name LISTENER1) but this listerner could not been seen in System.services and was not to start with lsnrctl.

Then I used netca_deinst.bat to delete the listeners. One was deleted but the other is not to delete. How can I find this listener and delete it to create a new with netca?
