Delete functionality problem in model level?

Hi,

I am using jdev 11.1.2.3

I have problem in Delete functionality in model level ......After run my model project when i am click on delete icon it's working,But in this time commit icon is in disable mode so i can't commit after deletion

but some few view objects are working fine some are not working...because of this my UI page getting same issue...

can any body help me please?
