Delete files in arch folder

Below is some information of my database server:

SVRMGR> archive log list;
Database log mode Archive Mode
Automatic archival Enabled
Archive destination /oradata/disk0/devl/arch
Oldest online log sequence 1552
Next log sequence to archive 1554
Current log sequence 1554
SVRMGR>

I have running out of space, can I delete all the files in /oradata/disk0/devl/arch?

Please advise.. and thanks for help.
