Hi,

I have old archive logs that can not delete. If I look for obsolete items or even try to delete old archive logs via RMAN it doesn't come up with anything.

RMAN> report obsolete;

RMAN retention policy will be applied to the command
RMAN retention policy is set to recovery window of 3 days
no obsolete backups found

Using OEM i can see this old logs, one folder per day from July 21st to July 28th

But trying to delete it, I get (using FORCE option, too):
ORA-15032: no se han realizado todas las modificaciones ORA-15177: no se puede operar en los alias del sistema

I tried:

RMAN> list archivelog all completed before 'sysdate-7';

and got no answer.

Sequences between 1107 and 1156 are in '2008_07_21' folder in archive logs. I also tried:

RMAN> list archivelog from logseq=1107 until logseq=1156;

specification does not match any archive log in the recovery catalog


Any idea?

I use 10.2.0.4.0 RAC with 2 nodes, Linux Red Hat Enterprise Server 4
