delete and reinstall apex 4.2

hi. i have installed apx 4.2 in standalone mode, but when a put on my browser http:\\localhost:8080/apex/apex_admin all i get is a blank page. i have read in this forums some issues about the problem and seems it is about the images directory.
so, can any one please tell me all the steps i have to do to delete apex 4.2 so i can make a fresh install again ?

windows 2008 server R2 64 bits
browser internet explorer 8
oracle database standard edition 11 R2
java RE 7 update 10
