defragmentation - how to do it?

HI All,

I loaded huge data into my database (11g R1) and dropped user - recreated it, and loaded huge data. I did this several times. Its an etl process - if get error I have to drop and reload. Now I would like to defragment the unused space to create some free hard drive space.

Below image gives the segment advisory results on USERS table space which occupies majority of the space.......

there is lot of free space but the recomendations are just 11MB.

Can anyone help me to free the space......
