Default Value of Switch Button - APEX 5.1 IG

Hi Team,

APEX 5.1

I have created an IG and column containing Yes/No "Switch" control. My question is how to set the switch control default value as "Yes" for newly created rows.

Whenever i try to set the default return value as "Y" using switch column properties, it displays the text "Y/N" instead of "Yes/No". Please help. It is also recreated in Sample Interactive Grid packaged application Editing page.
