Default sort and pagination placement not working in reports

607218Oct 4 2008 — edited Oct 24 2008
hi -- I have 2 report pages (one a straight report, one a tabular form). On both, I have set all the report columns to sortable. The unique ID field is the default item to be sorted by (sort order 1). No other columns have a sort order specified.

The default sort order doesn't work. Once the report is up, if I click on the column header for any sortable column, the correct sorting happens. But sorting is random when the report is first rendered.

Also in these reports, I want the pagination to be aligned to the left, not the right. I change it from bottom right to bottom left, and nothing happens: still displayed on the right.

Ideas?

Thanks,
Carol

PS I had an earlier post regarding these same report pages... where the column header underlines appear and disappear when the sort column is changed (still happening). Don't know if it's related.... 712092
