Default prompt value as previous week

Hello gurus,

I have this requirement - Need an 'in between' dashboard prompt with default values as yesterday and 1 week prior to yesterday,

example: Today's date is 10/07/2013 and I need the prompt default values to be

Date (09/30/2013) - (10/06/2013)

I will be more than happy to explain if you have issues understanding it.

Please help me.
