Default language does not change

I have my OBIEE instanceconfig.xml just with language 'pt-br'. When I do login, in My Account I see language Portugues-Portugal (which code is 'pt').
Ok. I do change the language to Brazilian Portuguese... in My Account. Save it...
Work the whole day...
After logoff / login - User comes as Portugues-Portugal again...!

Pls. how to change this behaviour ?
