Default date issue during provisioning in OIM11g

Hello

We are writing custom conenctor for provisioning in a terget system

We do not have any date in the process form date fields, However while provisioning in target system, we do see there is default date (1969-12-31 ) getting populated.

We want those date fields in target system to be blank as well.

Please suggest is there any OIM out of the box configuration changes required?
