Default Approval Workflows is not working in OIM 11g R2 PS3

Hi everyone,

Assign Roles and Provision ApplicationInstance request types is not working.

When I request an application instance or a role as an End-User, request process is failed. Request status become "Request Failed"

When I click the "Request Failed" button as request detail page, an error message is shown as below:

IAM-2050126 : Invalid outcome com.oracle.bpel.client.BPELFault: faultName: {{http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/business-process/}selectionFailure} messageType: {{http://schemas.oracle.com/bpel/extension}RuntimeFaultMessage} parts: {{ summary=<summary>The <from> value is invalid. The result of from-spec is null. Either the from node value or the xpath query in the from node value was invalid. According to BPEL4WS spec 1.1 section 14.3, the from node value should not be empty. Verify the from node value at line number 477 in the BPEL source. </summary>} received from SOA for the request id 11.

Note: Workflows Enaled in OIM configurations.

Do you have any idea about this problem?
