Dedicate more than 2048 MB of RAM for Oracle instance under Windows Server

Hi,

I would like to dedicate more than 2048 MB of RAM for Oracle 11g (11.1.0.7) instance under Windows Server 2003 (32-bit). Totally I have 10 GB RAM installed on the server, from which I would like to use 4 GB for Oracle instance only.

I do not know, how to set memory allocation grater than 2GB without misconfiguring the SPFILE (SGA and PGA values) and consequentially the Oracle service can still start up - saying "out of memory".
