Decrypting User Password in Oracle

Hi All,

I am using Oracle 9.2.0.6 RDBMS on AIX 5.3 platform.

I want to decrypt the password using FND_WEB_SEC.DECRYPT function. But unable to do so.

Can you please let me know the procedure to do the same?
