@"ascheffer" in this thread Password Protection in ZIP File showed how to encrypt a Zip file using AS_ZIP package.
I wanted to do the reverse (decrypt) using PL/SQL.
This link https://pkware.cachefly.net/webdocs/casestudies/APPNOTE.TXT describes the pseudo code on how to do it (6.1.6 Decrypting the encryption header), but is far too complex for my knowledge. Is anyone able to implement it or already implemented it?
