decompiler support

Hi,

Does the Jdeveloper 9.0.3 provide Decompiler support. Specifically, is there a way to configure a decompiler (such as the Jad) to do the the following tasks:
1. Auto decompile and show the decompiled source code in the editor when attemting to open a class file.
2. Auto decompile and step thru the decompiled source code in the debugger when attemting to access a class file.
