Debugging Working Copy merge

Hi APEX community,

I have run into a general error (internal server error) when executing a merge of a working copy to the main application. There is nothing in the APEX error log.

What is the recommended way of debugging such errors?

Any kind of tips or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
