Debugging Watches

Hi,
I am migrating from JBuilder to JDeveloper. One on the key features I really benifited from in JBuilder was the watches you could set to view the contents of an object and how they change as you step through the code.

But I am unable to do this in JDeveloper, can someone point out to me how this is done, please.
