I spent 2+ days hunting down a bug that turned out to be a mis-ordered COELESCE statement.
I'm now trying to figure out how to get the SQLDeveloper (21.4) working while connecting to my ATP Free Tier Database (21c)
Is this possible?
Where are the step-by-step instructions (even for Paid Tier)
