Debug - Input string was not in a correct format

Hi,

I'm writting this post in behalf of one of my client.

When she lauch the debug she has an error message:

The project has no compiling error and is clean (I cheked).

The error happens regardless of the project, even for OPM examples.

We tried:

OPM repair

OPM uninstall + reinstall

in vain.

Has someone an idea of what is the trouble.
