debug in forms 11g

Since upgrading to oracle forms 11g i am unable to use debug messages or debug mode.
If I set debug messages, they just don’t appear. If I start form in a debug mode I get an error:
FRM-93652: The runtime process has been terminated abnormally.
In Java console there is an error:
network: Connecting http://194.249.240.74:9001/forms/lservlet;jsessionid=GTC1N0QWDPw94D2Q4sz6T3HqBlg4JHR8hLdtTc5n2nW4JmTbyHZd!1961462960?ifsessid=formsapp.24 with proxy=DIRECT
FRM-93652: The runtime process has terminated abnormally.

I am using:
weblogic 10.3.2.0
forms 11g 11.1.2.0
JRE 1.6.0_23

Anyone has any idea why this is happening?
