while I was creating broker by command-lines I face the following error

Current status for "primary":
Error: ORA-16778: redo transport error for one or more databases

for your info am using os windows xp, oracle db 10g.r2, and using both primary and standby on the same matchine(local machine) and diffirent partion(C$D)

would u please help me thank u
