Deal with CSRT Token at end of URL

Hi folks

Our application is behind a BIG IP F5 load balancer, but it add at the end of URL a token named CSRT, obviously it
cause troubles in the URL structure tha APEX read, Does anybody deal has deal with this problem? How can i skip this
token?
