DCC Webgate vs Reverse proxy

As I undserstand one of the major advantages of DCC over ECC is that it can be deployed directly into DMZ. This problem is usually solved by using a reverse proxy in the DMZ with OAM behind it.

Does anyone know of any advantage that DCC has over the reverse proxy solution?
