dbwr cocepts
The Timeout period for databse writer is 3 seconds.
at is also said dbwr write data into disk at Checkpoint ,
and by default checkpoint interval is 1800 second.
then what is need for checkpoint interval .
i think that dbwr also immediately write the data in disk when commit occures then if archived is not on then what is benifit of log buffer.
PLS clear the above think
