DBT-08001 Unable to check for available memory

3735283Aug 14 2018 — edited Aug 16 2018

Hi

I got the error "DBT-08001 Unable to check for available memory" in Database Configuration Assistant at step 9 when create a new database. Please note that  Oracle 12.2.0c is running under Windows Server 2012 R2.

The solution stated here to this issue is to "Unset below environment variable: ORA_CRS_HOME". I have researched into how to unset ORA_CRS_HOME but I couldn't find how to do it under Windows Server, only for Linux.

Could someone can help how to pass the mentioned error in order to create a new database? Thanks in advance.
