[DBT-05509] Failed to connect to the specified database (labprd).

Hello All,

I saw the existing post , but there was no solution. Someone please help me to fix this dbca db creation issue " [DBT-05509] Failed to connect to the specified database (labprd)." . I tried this unset ORA_NLS10 but no luck.

GI version : 19.3

Db version : 19.3

OS : RHEL 7.5
