dbsnmp password expired

I have the following error ORA-28001 password expired for the agent now showing database down...but it is UP so I went into the database and "alter user DBSNMP identified by new_password" but it does not clear up the OEM error even thought DBSNMP now shows "OPEN" account_status...perhaps I need to edit one of the agent files with the new password? Anybody can help?

Also I want to set the password to never expire for this user...how can I do that?
