DBSNMP Failed Logins in one of Target Databases Monitored by EM12c

There are daily login failures in audit trail for one of production databases target hosts monitored by EM 12c.
It happens daily and I could not figure out what's triggering these failed logins. But if you test the DBSNMP connection, it tested successfully.
