DbOpenDatabase exception

Hello guys,
how are you doin'

I was trying to connect ASP to Oracle and I got this error

Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A01FB)
An exception occurred: 'OpenDatabase'

I tried to search the net to find a solution but I could not.
please help me, I really need to establish the connection.
