dbms_xdb.sethttpport(xxxx); vs LISTEN port in htmld.conf

Hi guys,

what is the diff between dbms_xdb.sethttpport(xxxx); and LISTEN port in htmld.conf

why the HTML SERVER must set the port to 0 in order to work? my LISTEN port is 7777
