DBMS_Scheduler job creator runs jobs instead of Owner.

Hi,

DBAs use deployment owner to create scheduler jobs creation deploymnet scripts (where the jobs owner is different). So deployment owner is going to be Jobs creator and also he is the one running all these scheduled jobs.

Is there anyway to force the Owner of the job to run the jobs all the time instead of the creator ? I remember thats how it was implemented in 10g, but did Oracle give us any option in 11.2.0.4 ?
