dbms_repair and oracle bbed undocumented utility

hi masters,

first of all let me tell u that this thread is nothing to do with my last threads.

i just want to know how to use dbms_repair package? when to use it? how does it help to resolve database block corruption?

what is BBED oracle undocumented utility? what is the procedure to use it? what purpose it solves?
