Dbms Output Pane - "park" it within the SQL Developer Window

Hello,

Occasionally when I start SQL Developer the 'Dbms Output' pane does not appear. When I click on 'Dbms Output' in the View tab then a pane appears on the left. When I try to reposition it to the bottom right of the SQL Developer window, I can't seem to pin it there (so when I move the window the pane moves with the window).

I know there's a very simple answer. Can anyhow help?
